Derek J Clark is the owner of Clark’s Professional Car Care, a two-location automotive business on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Family, faith, and developing people are central to the next chapter he is building.
Through The Redeemed Leader, Derek J Clark is focusing on finishing his book and creating a space where younger leaders and business owners can learn together.
His approach is grounded in real experience: taking responsibility, setting clear expectations, building trust, and helping others grow into leadership.

A useful group depends on what each person brings to it. These expectations help us respect the time, trust, and commitment of everyone involved.
Who is the group for?
Business owners, managers, team leaders, community leaders, and people preparing for greater leadership responsibility. No particular industry or company size is required.
What does participation involve?
Commit to all six calls once you accept the schedule. Come prepared to share, ask questions, listen, and support others. Active participation is mandatory, with a practical leadership action between calls. Give advance notice of unavoidable conflicts.
Are the calls recorded?
No. Calls will not be recorded or shared. Members agree not to record, screenshot, transcribe, or use AI meeting assistants. Personal stories and discussions must remain confidential. Every member commits to these expectations, though another person’s conduct cannot be guaranteed.
Will faith be part of the conversations?
Yes. Christian principles, faith references, and prayer will be part of the experience. The application asks whether you are comfortable with that approach.
How are participants selected?
Up to 10 people will be selected based on their goals, willingness to contribute, commitment, and compatible availability. Applying does not guarantee a spot. Selected applicants will confirm the final schedule before accepting.
What does it cost?
The founding 90-day pilot is free. It includes six live, one-hour Zoom calls. Members are expected to respect one another and refrain from selling to or soliciting the group.
